5-Day Action-Based Guarantee & Refund Policy
For purposes of this Policy, “Enrollment” means the date and time your payment for the Program is successfully processed, as reflected in our payment processor’s records. The “Action-Based Guarantee Period” means the five-day period (120 consecutive hours) immediately following Enrollment.

Refund Policy
Because the Program consists of digital content and immediately accessible educational materials, all fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in this Policy under the 5-Day Action-Based Guarantee.
After the expiration of the Action-Based Guarantee Period, all payments (including any installments under a payment plan) are strictly non-refundable.

5-DAY ACTION-BASED GUARANTEE – ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Subject to the terms of this Policy, you may be eligible for a refund only if you complete all of the following requirements within the Action-Based Guarantee Period (i.e., within 120 hours of Enrollment):

Course Progress Requirements

You must complete Modules 1, 2, and 3 of the Program in their entirety; and

You must complete all associated quizzes, knowledge checks, or assessments linked to Modules 1–3.

Assessment Worksheet Requirement

You must fully complete and submit the Assessment Worksheet for Modules 1–3 in accordance with the instructions provided within the Program.

Refund Request Process Requirements

Within the Action-Based Guarantee Period, you must email support@healthcareboss.org using the same email address associated with your Enrollment and request the URL for the Refund Request Form.

You must then complete the Refund Request Form in its entirety, including all requested information and submit the form within the Action-Based Guarantee Period.

All of the above requirements must be satisfied within 120 hours of your Enrollment, as measured by our payment processor’s records. Partial completion of any requirement, or completion after the expiration of the 120-hour window, will render you ineligible for a refund under this Policy.

DETERMINATION OF ELIGIBILITY AND EFFECT OF REFUND

Verification of Requirements
We will review your course activity, quiz completion, worksheet submission, and Refund Request Form to determine whether you have met all eligibility requirements. -
Approval or Denial

If you are found to be eligible, we will process a refund of the amount actually paid for the Program, to the original method of payment, within 5 business days.

If you are found not to be eligible, we will notify you by email, and no refund will be issued.

Program Access Upon Refund
If a refund is approved and processed, your access to the Program and all associated materials, communities, and resources will be revoked as of the effective date of the refund.

PAYMENT PLANS
If you enroll in the Program using a payment plan:

You may request a refund under this Policy only during the Action-Based Guarantee Period and only if all eligibility requirements are met.

If a refund is approved, we will refund any amounts actually collected for the Program and cancel any remaining scheduled installments.

If you do not qualify for a refund, you remain obligated to complete all payments under the payment plan, and no portion of any installment will be refundable.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
The following are expressly excluded from this Policy:

Requests After the Action-Based Guarantee Period
Any refund request submitted after the expiration of the 120-hour Action-Based Guarantee Period. -
Failure to Complete Requirements
Any request where Modules 1–3, associated quizzes, the Assessment Worksheet for Modules 1–3, or the Refund Request Form are not fully completed and submitted within the Action-Based Guarantee Period. -
Third-Party Purchases
If your access is provided through an employer, institution, or third-party organization that pays on your behalf, any refund will be governed by our agreement with that organization, and you may not be entitled to a direct refund from us. -
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer in lieu of following this Policy may be considered a breach of this Policy and our Terms of Use. We reserve all rights to contest chargebacks and to provide this Policy and any relevant records to the payment processor or financial institution. -
Voluntary Waiver for Early Access to Downloadable Materials
If you elect to receive immediate access to the Program’s downloadable materials (including, without limitation, forms, templates, protocols, and other digital resources) and execute a written or electronic waiver of the 5-Day Action-Based Guarantee, you will be deemed to have irrevocably waived any right to request or receive a refund under this Policy. In such cases, all amounts paid and payable for the Program are non-refundable, and you remain obligated to complete all payments under any applicable payment plan, regardless of your level of participation or satisfaction with the Program​

Except as expressly stated in this Policy, we do not offer refunds, credits, or extensions for any reason, including but not limited to failure to access the Program, lack of time, changes in personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction where the eligibility requirements have not been met.

MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to modify or update this Policy at any time, in our sole discretion, by posting the revised Policy on our website or within the Program. Any such changes will apply prospectively and will not alter the refund rights (if any) that applied at the time of your Enrollment.
